Add Video Value dispute

I phoned 3 on the 22nd November to upgrade my package to talk and text 500. I had also noticed that the Add Video Value is only £5 when on this tariff. I got my bill on the second of December witht he new charges and noticed that I had been charged £10 for the Add Video Value but with a First full month free rebate of £5. I phoned 3. They first said that the offer had finished even though I ahd received a flyer with my bill saying £5. I then went to there website and downloaded their PDF price plan list. It also states on there £5. I phoned them back to point this out and the fact that my rebate was only £5. I was then told that my discount will apply from my next bill.

Both times I had been put on hold a couple of times and in the end they just said something to get rid of me.

Has anybody else had a problem with this add-on.?
