I don't think that's how it works. Lola would still retain her rights as a parent. I'm pretty sure that Phil would want Lola living with him to look after the baby, after all he's not going to give up his life to look after a baby and Lola is the best person to care for her daughter.
I think it's Billy that could suffer most and of course Phil, and maybe Sharon may stick there noses in.
