Because the list posted above, which has also been confirmed by the Radio Times, says they're on Saturday.

(Tellymix have now corrected their error on the article - it's six on Friday and eight on Saturday, not seven each as they previously said.)

Did Radio Times get their information from Telly Mix or are they independent sources? Maybe there was a last minute change?

Is Open Arms (the song being used for Dani & Vincent's Waltz), the same song used by Matt & Flavia in series 5 (Also for a the Waltz they scored 40 with?). Am I thinking of the same song?

Yeah, that's the one. Personally I don't mind the same songs being used again but would rather they left the more 'iconic' ones alone.... although only a tiny portion of the SCD viewers would ever remember that it had been used before so I suppose it makes no difference in the grand scheme of things. It is a really lovely song though and Matt and Flavias waltz is probably my favourite ever SCD dance.
