I've found the episode with the pizza and the letter, and you can't see the number, just that it's Oakdale Drive.

It says 2 on the deli door, but 2 Oakdale Drive is Brendan's address. Subliminally telling us that Stendan should be living together?

Apologies for butting in, Sarah - I think, in the episode where Doug puts in his low bid for the deli, there is a shot of a letter with the deli address on it. I could be wrong though I haven't watched any old episodes back in a long time.
