Btw never ever try to rearrange town like I just have. It's looks awful now and I can't be bothered.
Not sure I have you as a friend in game - what's your game ID (If you don't mind)?

Just as a reminder for anyone else that hasn't already added me, my game ID is heyrehair - feel free to add.

Yes we are already friends, doh454 I have tidied my town up a bit, but have a lot to do & lots in storage. A lot of my neighbours have stopped playing, so I'm looking for a few more.

Two things:

1 - I didn't think I'd be has fair into the bells and whistles has I thought I'd be (more than 1/3 after just three days).
2 - Am I the only one who goes "That's for not having any Rice Crispies" when dumping garbage at the Outdooe Opera Stage?

I'm quite into the monorail quest, but sick of the billionaire one.

Second: yep, just you

I have sadly missed out on both final prizes so far but really hope to get the Rail Yard so I can continue to build my monorail but it just seems such a slow process.

I really don't need all the extra station parts. Even when I tried to build a whole new station out of it all I noticed the trains don't actually stop at them so they seem a bit pointless.

Just finished my jobs for the day and now need less than 10,000 bells and whistles to get the rail yard. I reckon I'll do that tomorrow.

Currently working on over stocking my recycling plants so I have loads of resources for tomorrow. 😀

Yes that is achievable by tomorrow.

I need 6,569 I have also just finished the billionaire quest, that was a tedious task. You get "Paris Texan along with the rather large plot prize.

I miscalculated bah... I just had the platforms, like how many of these do we need? Next is 5 track pieces, then the rail yard. If I get it in time.

I know - I just stuck them straight into the inventory and, like several other things, will remain there, never to see the light of day again.

As for Sebastian Cobb - I should get him tomorrow (although I'm about 10,000 short, I'm getting half of that tomorrow in the form of the 5-day prize). It'll also mean that I can recommence the questlines that I had to stop part-way through as a result of the monorail event.

Have finished the first "week" of railyard jobs and over stocked ready for the next week. Getting quite a stock of track pieces now. Going to wait till I get lots before doing any more building/rejigging.

Well I missed out on the rail yard too. I don't understand why as I played nonstop but still failed to get the required number of bells and whistles. Its still letting me recycle and gather bells but the rail yard has changed to donuts. The amount goes down with each load of bottles etc I convert to bells so I'm going to keep doing it until the game force updates. Maybe I can get it down to a reasonable donut cost.

Today we have a new update. The monorail event has ended. I'm wondering if we will still be able to make track. Im not updating until I know for sure.

Just updated - no obvious new content - just a pre login notification about the EA acct looking different.

Trash jobs are still running and rail yard works the same way still.

Not sure if anyone else commented on this from the other day, but there are a few new items and re-releases that add to the Heights property values.

Thanks, I was worried about the update. I noticed the other day that the money pool was worth 3 million. I finished the billionaire task though. I read on tapped out forum, people losing stuff after the update.

Anyone else's rail yard glitching? I've handed in almost 18,000 but the 2nd prize hasn't triggered. ( the blue progress bar now goes way out to the right )

Try going to krustyland and it should clear that. I'm not updating until these glitches have been sorted. Sorry I can't visit neighbours who have, just yet.

I had the same glitch - trip to Krustyland cleared it.

FYI - The tennis court available in Springfield Heights add to bonus multiplier.

Just bought a load and went from 78% to over 100%.

Sue this will be patched, but I had a load of Oscars spare to buy them. Worst case they add to my real estate value.

I'm still running the game right now with the monorail start screen and the number of donuts required for the rail yard has dropped to below 150 now. It was around 295 when the event ended so I wonder if I stop it from updating will it eventually drop to 5 so I can buy it!
