Glad the where's maggie game is staying. Tho i found her today and it didn't register so that's a little annoying.
I'm in the minority here but i hope it wont be too long before another event or level. Im finally caught up on everything but burns, SH and that building you upgrade a lot

So happy the snow has finally gone, I can finally redesign parts of my town. I'm also hoping for some downtime for a few weeks, want to focus on SH again!
it no longer registers when i find maggie! today i found her in 12 seconds and spent a full minute tapping her zooming etc but to no avail

I find you have to tap the building, rather than Maggie herself.
Has anyone else on Android been unable to get on to the game all day?
I updated last night, the icon has gone back to the default but when I try to load the game I still get the Christmas event loading screen but instead of loading it says "Downloading the Update" and instead of going up to 3.4MB, the progress meter just shows erratic numbers and then shows the screen with Bart pulling the router cable out. Tried uninstalling and putting it back on but exactly the same thing. All day!

I'm on Android, via wireless - fine all day for me. Sometimes switching to mobile data can help when what you have described happens.
Sadly, it appears to be happening on both data and wifi. I'll install the game on my tablet and see how I get on, but quite irritating as up until right now I've never had an issue playing it.

The game is working again for me after a day or so of not being able to log in. I reset my device and also did another reinstall and it seems to have fixed whatever issue it was having.
I'm gutted I'll miss out on most of this space update as I'll be abroad with no access to wifi or data for nearly 2 weeks!

I just noticed the crisps. I started tapping them in case it was a hidden donut easter egg or something, but no...nothing!
Having trouble getting past a cutscene....yet again! It's triggered by the Power Plant, something to do with R.O.S.A. Considering packing away half my town to see if it makes a difference. All EA told me was again, to log in on someone else's device. Which i can no longer do.
New update came a lot sooner than i expected. Will have to check it out.
edit - shouldn't have bothered. Game starts up. I collect daily bonus then game crashes.

With the quests done so far and not being able to afford the mafia car yet I'm doing the Springfield Heights stuff, which I wasn't bothered about before. I love having the Monorail, just would be cooler if the characters could ride it.

Do you only get the donuts once?
In desperation to gather some XP I went to Krustyland (it still exists) and on playing the balloon pop game one of my balloons gave me 5 donuts. is this new?!

Think it happened to me a while back. I try to play the game now and I get some error message, but to be honest, I haven't been to KL for weeks and even then I only went because I think one of the quests required it. If they somehow merged KL to be part of the town then it'd be better, but then the maps would be huge.
