I've noticed in my friends towns recently they have what I can only describe as a sort of campsite thing, not tents and stuff but a campervan and pick up trucks and tables with food on
Also the characters from the tapball event were interacting with it so I'm thinking it's from that? I don't remember it though Does anyone know how/where they got them? |

Id sometimes see a character walking round and think Who's that' or 'oh I forgot I had that character'. Is a shame really.

Right, I just got Lucius Sweets and now can't decide what to do. It says to collect red chips (8500) for a bonus, which will probably be the usual 1, 2, or 3 donut game thing. At the same time as I got Sweets I also got the Gold players club which gave me 40 gold chips.
I assume gold chips for the slot machine will still be used in act 2 and it will be red chips that change to something else? If so I will save them for Act 2. If not, I might as well use them up. Had a quick look on the Topix page but couldn't find conformation of what will change in act 2. Can't decide what to do! |

If where I've looked is correct, the red chips go green but the gold ones remain.

Good good, I will save the gold chips for act 2 then. I'll be on holiday next week and not able to play much so the extra gold could prove useful. I already have over 80 saved up.

I'm almost frothing at the mouth at the prospect of being able to craft the Spruce Moose

Don't you use them in Moe's or Cleatus' games to get extra chips?

OK.
What's in act 2?![]() I have already earned one lot of free donuts and am working on the second lot without the need to use gold coins. |

No idea but as said I'll be on holiday next week so could do with the extra gold coins to play the games and hopefully progress through act 2 quicker even with playing less.

I've only got back into playing TO a few days ago after not playing for ages and just had a question - I'm a little bit behind!
With the Act One prizes, am I correct in thinking only red chips accumulated on casino tasks count and not ones collected by tapping gamblers? It's just I have a lot more on the general total than is displayed in the prizes window. |

I think the total is the overall collected, each prize only shows what you need to get the prize.

I play often but seem to be getting nowhere near the final prize of this first act (still working towards Milhouse). How are people getting them more quickly than I am?

I've got to say that I'm surprised how quickly I'm getting through this round - I only started at lunchtime yesterday and I got the Lucky Casino at lunchtime today and am already more than halfway towards Nessie. (At this rate, I'll have got all the prizes by Friday - leaving a week's worth of chip hoarding for Act 3.)

Me too. I'm glad I saved up the gold coins. I already have Nessie and am nearly to the next and have barely played the last couple days. Even in I didn't have the gold I'd be ok as we still have a while to go.

Do you have the premium chars that help with this event? I don't and it a problem juggling the recycle and casino tasks

I don't understand how to unlock the crafting for the Spruce Goose model. That's all I'm interested in to be honest!

I saved my gold coins after unlocking the dude with the spikey hair last week (don't know his name sorry).
So when it updated to act two I had around 160. By the time I played all of those I was I had unlocked the first two act prizes. This is the first time I've played since Christmas as that update borked everything. I'm enjoyed the game much more because I've had a break fro the constant in game issues. This event seems remarkably issue free. Edit. Just to add I opened the game finished a task and got Casino Nessie!! I usually lag behind a lot so this event must have lower targets? |
