I am playing anonymously as I don't have an origin ID so I assume all of you signed up for an Origin ID? I will make one and add you all however I have two very important questions.
1. If I make an Origin ID will I still keep everything? I don't want to start again and if it deletes my progress I'll definitely delete the app and leave a bad rating, not that EA really care. 2. What is the benefit of having other friends in this game? I assume you can visit each other's Springfield and earn money from it but you can only do one per day can't you? So what is the benefit? |

Having lots of neighbours helps you a lot on special occasions (such as the current christmas one - you get 30 tickets a day just from visiting one neighbour - I have about 40 neighbours - thats about 1200 extra tickets, which is alot. neighbours also leave presents, and you can leave presents for them, adding to your target and theirs. Plus I also enjoy looking at some other peoples towns. I cant remember their name on DS but SPEEDY1013 has a great town to look at, as do a few other people who have been in this thread. |

![]() Thanks guys. You've some great towns too! I'd also recommend my friends clapyourhandss and littlelaurie610. They've put a lot of work into theirs. I also don't know her personally but mrsfrank30 has one of my fave towns too. |

In terms of tapped out art, this takes some beating. |

Wow that is impressive!
As for spending real money, I've spent about £30 in total so far. When I first started I said I'd never buy any donuts but it was just too tempting. For a game that I play every day I'd say it's worth it. |

How much money do you make per day on this game?
I've just made a huge mistake. I had 9,000 so I planted the thing on Cletus' farm that rewards you 45,000 when it's done but it takes 3 bloody months. I've already gained 1700 back so it's not really worth it, is it? |

Not worth it no, and will hold you up if you get tasks that require you to grow things.
If you want to cancel it put the farm into your inventory then put it back. It will cancel what's growing. |

How do I do that?
I'm not even sure where my inventory is and how to access it. To get to your inventory click on either build mode (saw and hammer icon, bottom right of the screen) or the move icon (next to the build icon). Then the inventory is on the bottom left, the open cardboard box. To put stuff in there go into move mode and click on the farm (or whatever you are putting in) a little box of options will come up, tap the open cardboard box. It will warn you that putting the farm in the inventory will also put Cletus in, just click ok. Then to place it back, go into your inventory and select the farm and put it back. It is much quicker than it sounds.

Speedy1013, sorry I have not accepted your invite. No matter how many times I press 'accept', it won't allow it! I will try again tomorrow.
Have added some more of you! I'm emz_hullrock in case anyone missed it; feel free to add! Regular level 36 player ![]() By the way, does anybody know if it's possible to change your username? I've tried editing profile but it just seems to be actual name rather than user. |
