Just four times in a row? Consider yourself lucky: I've got money EVERY day since Christmas Eve. (And the one time I did get something decent saw the game crash which caused me to lose it. )

I am still trying to get the Helter Shelter and the farm Christmas skin. Seems a bit pointless now, but I will keep trying!

I also got the squeaky voiced teen from a mystery box, but it was only after I made it to level 37. It's the same story for the race track. I always just bid on £200,000 now as I have so much money I don't really miss £2000 every few hours. I have been doing this pretty much since I got the race track several months ago and I've only won the top prize twice, both times since I made it to Level 37!

Ha I have been playing this far longer than my fiancé but she is far better than me already. I didn't realise until she said that if you set Lisa task of cleaning up Springfield she actually cleans up some waste. I thought it was just a task that did nothing!

I've still got over 150 brown houses but I'm still doing the quests. Just recently I've got Bart, the free character, comic book guy and Martin - so I'm still progressing through the game even though I've got so many buildings. My colleagues at work think it's daft but I'm catching up on them fast!

Does anyone know if tapping homer 10 times still gives the Jebidiah Springfield statue out for free?

Personally they need to add more normal decorations as I'm fed up of using the same limited types of tree and shrubs. Also the Simpsons cars!

Lionel Hutz has been retired as the voice actor died so won't appear in the game.

most of the characters voices appear to be sampled from the show.

A lot of the characters don't have voices, plus the woman who played Edna Krabapple died while the game was out, and to the best of my knowledge they still include her in future downloads when people reach the stage she is unlocked at.

Seems a shame to keep characters out, such as Hutz and McClure as they were very good additions to the show back in the classic days. The needn't have a voice role, but even adding them as special characters would be a nice tribute.

I agree about them needing to add more items. Having said that I am almost at $1,000,000 so will start adding the "aspiration" buildings soon! I think the first one is the escalator to nowhere.

Agreed, adding Phil Hartman's characters would be a tribute. The characters still pop up from time to time in the background of episodes anyway.

I haven't played the game without snow yet, managed to get to level 20, town might need a complete re-design. Might even lose some of it's charm in general.

Hey guys I have a question, if I wanted to buy some premium items, aka the donuts, And I didn't want to use my credit or debit card, which apple gift card do i use? I know you can get iTunes cards and iTunes app cards, which one of these is the one I would need to buy donuts?

Either, you add the gift card to your itunes account and any purchases, be it apps, donuts or songs will be taken from it.

They are all the same it's just credit. Like the old mobile pay as you go scratch cards.

I wonder if they extended it until January 14th so it's less time to wait until the Valentines Day event. I reckon that will be launched in around 2 or 3 weeks.
