Anybody know who the little boy is searching for a loved one?
Isn't it a beloved pet (or something similar?)

This morning I woke up with a fresh head and I actually like this event. I've just thought to myself that this is how I thought Tapped Out was going to be before I played it.
I quite like it too. The prizes don't seem to be great, but I like the little riddles and the Number 1 tasks, and at the very least it's better than Easter and the freaking pink box.

So far they're pretty easy.

I'm liking this update, much better than Easter even though the prizes don't seem as good. Easter was too random.

Easter was random, yes, but I can't complain really because I got everything in that event. There was lots of buildings and characters whereas this one doesn't seem to have many of those things, it's more about character skins this time.

Yes, the Easter update was terrible. It almost put me off the whole game. I have no idea what they were thinking making it so complex and difficult to get anything other than sodding fence posts.

Anyway, this update is actually quite interesting. I am putting all my characters on short tasks just in case they are needed for a number 1 quest!

Solved this morning's task. I can't say it was difficult at all to work out to be honest.

Yeah, the Easter update was a bit rubbish. I'd like to be able to sell the fences I haven't used - they're just sitting in my inventory.

I have my characters do tasks of the same length all the time (except if on a quest/mission) that way they're all ready together and I can then do the No 1 quest and have the characters ready for the next one!

I'm keeping my characters free just in case a quest pops up.

I put all my characters on jobs the same length as the current task I am doing so that they all finish at the same time and are all available if needed for the next task.

I like the event, though I'm not sure how much I want this thing in my town-

Had a bit of a shock last night as I was all set to purchase the Stonecutter Daycare Centre, then realised it was $250k as opposed to the $25k I'd misread it as Think I'll pool a bit more money before I buy it but have got a while before the event ends

I just accidentally bought a Premium character I didn't want. I take it there's no way to undo this?

Why would they not give me a "You sure you want to buy this character?" screen? Seems stupid. I spent ages trying to save donuts

You can turn on confirm donut spend in the settings.

Gogfumble's right about the confirm spend option, but you could always try EA help and see what they say.

Nah, I can't see why I'd want that. (I'd just be happy with all the Stonecutter outfits.)
