Today was excellent for me. After the donuts I got for this little quest I just bought mystery boxes.

I got Kearney, then a khalkhalash stall, then a Honda, then 30 donuts, then blue haired lawyer, then a Lard Lad, 2 minnow ponds, another 2 Khalhhalash stalls, 2 more Hondas and a total of 3 Channel 6 News Vans! Obviously over the course of it all i got 30 donuts thrown in...twice!

My XP/Money bonus has shot up to over 45% in the space of about 15 minutes!

This is quite possibly the best deal I've seen in a while - I thought I'd get ripped off with low level premium stuff, but it's been like you've listed above.

i also got Kearny and Lard Lads in my mystery boxes. I paid for the Kearney box and got ten free donuts in my mystery box from logging in each day!

The game has really been generous this year so far!

This game has more issues than a big issue thing.

Placed the grave thing. Onto the second task 'dig at the grave' or whatever it's called and it won't move. Just stuck at two hours. I've tried rushing it with doughnuts but still won't move. Still just stays at two hours but the progress bar says 'rushing' and doesn't move.

So obviously I can't move on to the next task.

I do enjoy this game but it seems like there's just a never ending stream of glitches and issues.

Mines on the dig at grave bit now and it seems to be progressing ok.

Mines just stuck. I started it about 2 this aft so it should well be finished but no.

Have just uninstalled. Will reinstall and see if that helps.

I couldn't play at all yesterday. Just server time out all day. So didn't get on till last night.

Edit. Reinstalled and that seemed to sort it. So I used doughnuts to rush it and the next two 'dig harder' and 'work fingers to the bone' to be sure they went okay. They did. But didn't unlock Frank Grimes as it should have.

So now I just have a grave sat there with no actions associated with it.

Are your other characters doing anything?

I am still at the 2nd digging stage so can't say what happens next! I am sure this is the first time we "the finger" have been given a task/job?

Once you've done the last grave digging job, you unlock Frank. If that hasn't happened - the first task only needs him - contact EA.

I gave up. I've had to contact EA pretty much every week for he last few months. Last time was because I unlocked the little black box and every time I'd start the game it would pop up then the game would close.

So I've given up. Will reinstall again in a few months. I doubt I'll miss much since there's just been a big event.

Back in October, the Halloween event started the day after Clash of Clones finished. So there's no telling with them.

I'll keep an eye on the forums. If anything big happens I can just reinstall.

Yes - he became an NPC when the Superheroes event ended.

I always thought sideshow Bob should be a proper character!

I'm struggling to get on my game. I downloaded the new update but on the splash screen it crashes.

I just noticed this today. I can't say it is a big loss. He had no tasks of this own, which I found odd. They could have just made him skate around town or something for 24 hours.

This event doesn't appear to have anything to gain from visiting neighbours...or perhaps it isn't active yet?
