lol I started uncontrollably copying her myself after it finished going yeah yeah, lol.
I'm sure a friend or family member will tell her that it was an over-use and she'll prob cut down for tomorrows show.
Maybe it was a sign of first show nerves as I don't remember her saying it so much in one sentence before.

Shrugs. I'm not a dog person - they're much too obvious.

Yes, it was refreshing to hear a judge "tutor" the contestants and gave constructive criticism with ideas on how they can improve. Trouble with people nowadays is that they are prejudiced against well spoken people. It's the new racism. It's called "poshist".

Sneaky intelligent loveable bastards

It lets me type that word. Shocked!! In case anyone is offended, I mean it affectionately. I love my dogs. Thanks for letting us swear DS. Mwah 😍

I was shocked to learn that so many people hated David Cameron before he became PM just because he was Posh.

I found that incredible. Do we really want a PM who finishes sentences with innit bro? Concentrate on people themselves, dislike them for what they do and don't do, but not how they speak. I like posh speaking people. Their tone is authoritive and it is authority that is required in a civilised society.

A slightly jarring mannerism I admit, but she is being highly constructive and offering them all tips to improve, which IMO bodes well for her time on the show.

Prefer Ed even if he is posh to my ears.
(And still not fond of Dave)

She's fine yah.

Her voice is exactly like Katharine Hepburn's in The African Queen. I keep imagining her pouring gin bottles over the side of the desk and asking Len Allnut 'could you make a torpedo?'

You're a bit obsessed, aren't you?

Kidnap him - might be tough folding him up in your car boot though. Best hire a box van.

Might be just me but will be laughing for 3 months every time she speaks because of that bloody film. But she did good.

And so incongruous when one's chugging up the Limpopo with Bogey, innit?

I don't care if they speak posh or not I just want someone who is good for the job.

Darcy made constructive points and helpful tips for what they need to improve. So in my opinion she made a good start.

Well she talked like that in every film...so did Bogey come to that.

Be fun if she did get a torpedo into the desk for the DO.

Victoria was the cat. The dog did not turn up tonight -- nobody woofed.

The risk is that Victoria may now reject the sound advice about lower heels because she was told, not offered an alternative for her consideration. Many a parent drove children into doing the opposite so as to assert independence from interference.

If Darcey had said something technical on the subject of ballet to a ballet dancer then of course it would be believed and accepted without question, with Darcey having done it all.

As for the height of heels I suspect some women have profound hangups about femininity. As I have yet to try out 3-inch heels myself, I stand in my flat heels ready for enlightenment on this arcane subject.

Len's role this year seems to be a prop for demonstration.

Great post PM. I was also delighted that we have at last a really good female judge on SCD. She did overdo the yahs but as its her first time as a full time judge she is bound to be nervous and probably was unaware . I'm certain she'll correct this.
