Not disrespectful.

Just a tired, rubbish joke.

My inital take on that joke too.

I saw it as ambiguous - left up to how people wanted to interpret it

I thought the 'topless in France' joke was more offensive (if any of the jokes could be deemed offensive last night) than the judge one to be honest.

exactly it was tasteless, I know what I was thinking as soon as that "crack" was made - and I hope her Maj wasn't watching

I know. Imagine changing jobs because they're offering you more money! It's crazy and she should be spit-roasted for it. I mean it's not like normal people do that all the time, right? Oh wait ...

When Bruce said it, I did think 'ooh, is that a dig?', but on reflection I think it was addressed to the other judges as a 'joke'. Typical Bruce.

I think was aimed at Craig, but I did think of Alesha...

She sold her soul to Cowell and deserves everything she gets. I wont miss her.

Though it pains me a bit to post in defence of Forsyth, I didn't feel it was a dig at Dixon.

Definitely a dig at Craig, as she followed him in her critiquing.

I'm sure it was aimed at Len, Bruno and Craig. It's just unfortunate that it came out sounding like he was trying to insult Alesha! :P

I thought it was a joke at the expense of all the other judges. Don't worry about them too much, they dish it out enough! And I am sure they can take it anyway.

Me too! Got it off to a bad start for me if I'm honest.

I didn't see it as a dig at a Alesha at the time.... but it would be so true if it was.

I don't recall her being mentioned, and why should she be? Bruce was doing his usual dig and the judges in general

I think people are a little to sensitive lol

To me it was more a joke about the other judges

i automatically thought Alesha because she was a rubbish judge. Craig, Len and Bruno do know what they're talking about.

I honestly think it was just one of Bruce's running gags with the judges but it came out all wrong.

Having said that, he was RIGHT! The calibre of the programme without the ghastly out-of-her-depth Alesha has gone right up and the show feels easier, the judges more comfortable with each other. She was a bad experiment with whom the BBC persevered far too long.
