Very sad news. I hope she's able to beat it!

I was wondering how Janet was doing these days? Is she clear of the cancer yet? I hope she is ok.

Tegan is probably my favourite 'Classic' companion after Sarah Jane Smith and Nyssa.

So I take it, she's currently in remission, meaning that she hasn't got any better, or got any worse either? The cancer's basically dormant.

I do hope that she can beat it, and live for many, many years to come. We've had a lot of DW cast members and crew pass away in the last two, three years.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Janet, especially her close family and friends, wishing her a speedy recovery.

Edit - I'll do some searches online, in the next few days to try and find out, in more detail, how she's doing.
