EE: Lola Should Have Baby Lexi's Name Changed, Don't You Think?
It was the first thing that came into my head once it became apparent that git older Lexi had come to Walford to turn on Lola.
Why would Lola want to keep her daughters name as Lexi now for?! Change it and ASAP as soon as she gets out her current situation I say. That is if she can keep herself out of trouble for long enough to do so though! |

Well she did name her after Alexa, but from now on I'm sure she'll only think of her as "Lexi, my daughter" rather than "Lexi, named after my arch-nemes", she certainly doesn't seem to care at the moment.

I remember Corrie once changed the name of a baby from Rosie to Spohie I think but then went back to Rosie or have I got that mixed up? It was the Webster family for sure though. |

I thought it was wrong to name her after that stupid cow in the first place and I've never liked the name Lexi anyway.

Her daughter is called Lexi Billie, so maybe she might start calling her Billie. Though I dont think she should change her daughter name because of that awful cow even though she did name her after Alexa.

Perhaps she could rename her Phyllis after the great baby-saver Phil. Or McKlunky after her birth place?

It was Sophie who had her name changed. According to one of the Coronation Street books she was originally supposed to be called Lauren but Rosie kept calling her Sophie after her doll. Kevin and Sally quite liked the name and so decided to change it.
