I think Anton may need the TV footage to show Jerry that in 90 seconds of dance she only did 15 seconds of cha cha steps. And they were too relaxed because of no elimination till next week. Tomorrow never comes, but the dreaded Dance Off will!! I hear the gates of Hell creaking open.

I doubt anyone on that panel of pros could get an energetic dance out of Jerry. I really like her & find her Texas Drawl mesmerising but she will NEVER be an energetic dancer.
Anton did the right thing in letting her go at a snail's pace for the first week,but I suspect when she watches her tape back & compares it to others she might decide to up her game. Like from a snail to a tortoise ....but NEVER will she be a dance floor Speedy Gonzales. Bless her,but she is just lazy. And being a smoker doesn't help her fitness.

I absolutely love Jerry Hall. She never seems to take herself too seriously. She is a hoot. And she has the most beautiful mouth, which seems to make her whole face light up when she smiles.

So I was devastated by her "dance". What a disappointment. I was shouting at the screen "give it some welly!".

I do hope she improves cos I would hate for such a character to go out in the early stages. But she will unless she moves a bit (well, a lot) more

It is just crazy how he can go from dancing with Nancy to Jerry, it is like two completley different spectrums of class!

She has been absolutely open about her 'laziness', said she will get paid exactly the same if she stays in two weeks or two months (which is pretty explicit about her motivation), likes to arrive at 10am and leave for a long lunch at 12.30. She's not going to work herself up into a sweat about something like SCD - she's a Stone's chick for heaven's sake!

I thought she looked classy and elegant.

I thought Anton's choreography abysmal and muppetty.

I think people really like Jerry and I thought her comment was hilarious. She is not bothered about rehearsals etc as she gets the same fee if she is out in the first few weeks as at the end of the series so she is in it for FUN. I am sure the producers of SCD were thrilled by that comment!!!

I do not think that Jerry is interested in learning how to dance. I doubt that discipline is her strong point. She is a rock and roll chick after all. I believe during her modelling career she was naturall super slim so she did not even have to diet!! I think she is very laid back in her approach to life. She has no intention of working hard to learn a dance routine!! She is entertainment.

You say that but I get the impression that Jo Wood tried really hard (I don't think she'd have got on with Brendan if hadn't) - the fact that she wasn't very good wasn't her fault as someone who has no sense of rhythm I can indentify with that.

If we're making comparisons I must confess I preferred Jo Wood.

Jerry may be sassy but I found Jo's vulnerability much more appealing.

For some reason I thought her CCC would be awful and, when she was strutting and posing at the start of the dance I thought, omg here we go.

But as the dance went on I think she made a decent stab at it and danced far more than Nancy ever did (I have no I idea why I keep comparing them). And I was glad that Anton didn't make the dance a joke one where even he looked like he was dancing more. I think actually can be pushed more and, while I don't see her anywhere near winning, I think she can leave this show with her (so called) reputation in tact,

I hope Anton choreographs a beautiful foxtrot next week,no faffing around,straight into it,with her long lines and elegance,it could look stunning.
