Only watched show after recording it.Lisa got points for her energy and dance.Craig gave her 8 points out of respect not because of any other factors.

Hope this year we judge the dancer not the personality.If we go by personality then anyone from Eastenders will get through to final based on fan base not dancing.

My vote is for Lisa to get through to finals on her ability not her size or big personality

I agree the 8 was a bit OTT ,especially coming from Craig,but personally I thought Lisa was amazing in that dance. I suspected she'd really go for it ,but thought her timing & footwork would go to pot from her eagerness to impress. Not a bit of it. Her timing was really good and so was the footwork. I'm really gob-smacked & I hope she stays in to show us just what else she can do.
Artem seemed really emotional & proud of her.....quite right too.

I thought she was one of the best dancers over the two nights, probably not deserving of top of the leaderboard, but I'd have put her top 3. She was one of the few it was comfortable to watch and not think she was going to mess up at any minute, she's taking the competition seriously and wants to be a good dancer. She had lots of cha cha steps in her routine, and I thought she performed them very well. There was no question of what dance she was doing and her connection with Robin is probably one of the best partnerships on the show.

Totally amazing dancer that is all I can say.

I wish I could say that I saw Lisa the dancer, I saw a big girl with rhythm enjoying herself, imho she was well over marked.I think marking her top of the leader board is a little bizarre, but what do I know...(I will get my coat) LOL

Afraid I'm with you. I will say she was also a consummate performer and sold the routine like a pro. I was also impressed than she didn't seem particularly out of breath at the end, which suggests she is relatively fit for her size. But the praise for her footwork etc was rather over stated, she lost timing several times (and recovered) and it wasn't really a cha cha, was it? It was a very enjoyable performance but if anyone of whom there were higher expectations did it, those marks wouldn't have happened.

On the opening show when they did the group dance, I said watch out for Lisa, she's going to be excellent. All my work colleagues disagreed, I wonder what they'll say tomorrow?! I thought she was superb last night, go Lisa!

to be honest (and i dont know much about dancing) i found her streching her knees more than Kimberly for that matter

i think Craig uses the 5 & 5 score (ie split between technicality and performance) she got 3 for techique and 5 for performance probably thats' my intake anyway

I enjoyed her enjoyment. I didn't think it was the best dance of the night but she certainly deserved a high place on the leaderboard.

She's a great dancer no doubt about it, and if she makes it through it will be because of her dancing and not because of her 'size' as some people have said.
