You are right. This is old. It was never news. It was mostly manufactured. We don't want anymore of it. Move on.

GOODBYE.

It's not old news to me, I've never heard anything about it. What happened?

Really?

Okay then, let's have a good old racism debate about something that happened two years ago... Is anybody really that hard up for something to do.

I agree with penelope, old news.

If it was about his lazy choreo for the Goddess he's dancing with, that would be a good topic.

It is old news. We've moved on, he's moved on, yonder woman has gone on to bigger and better thin...well, Masterchef.

No idea why you've brought this up. Utterly irrelevant.

Like I said, it's not old news for me because I've never heard it!

And I didn't ask you for a racism debate, I asked what had happened as I only started watching Strictly properly last year so wouldn't really have been interested in reading anything about it. Although if I had no one would be forcing you to join in.

If you want to find out about it, then google it (I'm not being rude). It's just the best way to find out about it.

It was a dull old business back then and it is even more dull now. The pot doesn't need stirring. If the OP is that bored, they can come round and clean my oven if they like.

Thanks. I did and then realised I had heard it at the time, so I do actually agree that it is a bit of a non story. I don't think people need to be coming on and having a go though, you can post what you want (within the rules) and if you don't like it don't read it!

Agreed. People aren't born knowing everything about Anton. I only found out about this the other day too (on the Anton du Beke thread). It quite likely is a non story but still his mistake is one that you need a particular world view to be able to make.

I don't think he's a racist but then the comment doesn't endear him to me.

Actually, you don't, there was no malicious intent, it was a silly, irreverant discription of her over doing the tanning session.

Best response. not rude - just factual.

Mine too, just burnt the rice pudding. So that should keep the OP more usefully busy.

I agree with the rest of your post, but the BiB makes me laugh. Why do people say this? It makes no sense. You have to read it to find out whether or not you are going to like it.
