mast site leasing?
does anyone here know who or how can i contact the company thats puts up mobile phone masts and deals with leasing out sites for masts??

Phone companies don't really like talking about their masts because of all the hype about the microwaves that come from them. I'm pretty sure its a government agency that deals with it - i saw it on that "should i worry about...?".

NTL Broadcast (or the new company) own many of them, as do Crown Castle International (or the new company, owned by the Gas people).
