Everything I read about Gary Lucy's stint in EE makes me think it will turn into a permanent role. From how Gary is quoted to the press it's getting, it makes me think he will end up coming back.

This, they would need to develop his character and give him new people in the square to interact with, he isnt ya typical gay character tho so I would like to see him back, perhaps make him bisexual, its been a while since the show had a character like that.

The only person I can really see him with is Roxy but we've already seen her relationship with Christian.

Well don't forget, this is EE so he will have a partner when he turns up, probably a brother/sister who also has to live with him for some reason, and then of course the father he's never met who will turn up in 6 months to tell him about his other siblings he knew nothing about who will then all turn up... plenty of potential there

I think he's a great actor and his character, Danny Pennant, is very different to his character from The Bill, DC Fletcher.

If he does become a regular I'd be interested in seeing him interact with characters other than Syed.
