Hollyoaks- was dividing Hollyoaks high school and sixth form a mistake?
does anyone think hollyoaks could make better teen storys if they had of kept the one setting of hollyoaks high school they could feature tom and one or two his age as guest characters and show more scenes in the building in a structered way rather then just loads of random teen scenes
more teen balls events school issues ect.. it would open the age range and not all characters would have to be main or always appear any thoughts? |

I really like the teens storyline right now.The bullying one. It is a darn sight more interesting than 'another' affair in a soap being shoved down our throats(I really hate how they have changed Rhys for this). Hollyoaks back in the day was pretty much High school, collage, Uni story lines with a few odd bits of the parents or Uni drop outs involved...which I preferred. So yes I think they should make more of the teens and there SL. That being said....the Silas story line is still the best one I have seen on any soap in years,so maybe....more teens with the odd serial killer granddad involved

Hehehe, I agree. I can not remember what year it was I think it was Pre 2006 when they did the Lisa?(Lee's sister) cutting story line which was brilliant. Also the Bomb head mental breakdown one was amazing. They also had some really really funny story lines, often involving Lee and Bomb head. Lees character got ruined when they brought him back with Leanne.

Is sixth form the equivalent of 12th grade?

Did they ever mention in storylines they were splitting the 6th form from the school? I remember it being Hollyoaks High with that guy in the wheelchair as the head, then I didn't watch for a while and the next time it was a 6th form college and the school bit had vanished.
