Me too Kaycee.... almost choked on my lunch there....

How can anyone in their right mind say that Anton's cha cha was better than Pasha's or Artem's????????????????? It would have been better if Anton and Jerry had stood still for the 1 minute 30 seconds.... (actually thats pretty much what they did)........

Can you just imagine Jerry's reaction if Artem started ordering her around??? The killer kitten would come out and she would try to flirt with him ...

Where's the vomit smiley when you need it???

Actually I will be seriously cross if Anton and Jerry aren't eliminated this weekend as they are obviously doing the least amount of hard work. Johnny who is nearly 20 years older seems to be doing more....

Did anyone see the Victoria Wood sketch where veteran actress Bo Beaumont (Mrs Overall) signed up for SCD and took things VERY easy in the training room?

That's kind of how I imagine it goes with Jerry

Athough I agree she's neither old nor fragile

Nobody's better than the Antonmeister. As far as I'm concerned he should be introduced as Anton: The Latin Master!

I thought Anton danced his Cha Cha better than Artem and Pasha danced their's. I also enjoyed Anton's brilliant latin choreography more as well.

Did anyone see Jerry on Loose Women - I didn't hear it all but when asked about training - she said doing the mimimum but a bit extra this week - 30 minutes- and the women were surprised and asked per day or per week - Jerry laughed was saying its only a bit of fun- I think Anton has his hands full with this one- lazy is not the word- she is disinterested and not in the least competitive-

Edit - found this which explains it better http://http://uk.news.yahoo.com/hall...163729149.html

I've always said that Antons dancing skills are wide ranging & I agree with you about the quality of his cha cha, its good to read your reasonable comments, quite refreshing.

I'm sure Sir Bruce would love your name & have a little chuckle, I've always fancied having a body part name, some people have even been kind enough to give me some suggestions.

I am beginning to wonder if this pairing was well thought out and the powers that be realised that, once again, Anton was the only one who could handle her. She was obviously wanted, but her 'laziness' and strolling around & posing instead of actually dancing could seriously irritate a less well balanced person than Anton. Despite my hopes, I'm wondering if he has been lumbered with yet another dud.

I think any of the other pros could have "handled her", she's not difficult, just lazy. Artem coped well with Holly being lazy last year.

The trouble is, they're all too small apart from Anton, Brendan and maybe James. I think Brendan and James would definitely have got more out of her, but then I think any other pro could have got more out of her than Anton seem to be.

When you first started posting I thought how refreshing to have a positive post about Anton instead of all the negative.......but...........

My mischievious side would like to have seen either of these two take her on, it could have been quite interesting watching them foam at the mouth I really do wonder what criteria they take into account when pairing up the pro's & celebs - I'd like to be a fly on the wall and hear what is said. I think Anton does what he is told to do.

I wonder if Anton ever works on his latin with anybody. Every "latin" routine he does seems to have a little ballet leap in it. Itīs almost as if he takes a pride in not condescending to true latin.

I do agree with you there.

I want 5 of us from all sides of the Strictly fence to sit in on the producer's meeting screaming " hell no" at varying intervals.

They don't seem to go by any criteria we would recognise and this year they seem to have gone for the most awkward couples possible.

I wouldn't have put
Kristina with Colin
Anton with Jerry
Louis with Flavia
James with Denise (too similar)
Karen with Nicky
Victoria with Brendan

And they are just the obvious pairs that I can think of.

His detractors go over the top. I may defend him with a bit of humour but I do like him.

I can only imagine what they said to you. I don't know how you put up with it, you're a model of tolerance for us all.
