There's some pics on the itv website {I think that's where I saw them] from next week and they are taken in the Church at one of the weddings - I'm sure I spotted Edna in the congregation. Not sure if any of the other 'oldies' were there.

Being old doesnt make you more likely to suddenly screw up!
They wouldnt be employed on the show if they couldnt deliver their lines. I'd be more worried about the young and inexperienced cast members |

I wish they'd give Turner a meaty storyline. The whole Steph-Alan-Shelley thing was captivating stuff a few years back - there were so many twists and turns in that. Now they've stopped giving him stuff to do, he just cuts a paltry (and quite boring) figure of what he once was!
I know it's difficult to give the older characters storylines of their own because of possible illness, etc - but Corrie have managed to meet in the middle quite well (Rita and Dennis' relationship spring to mind). |

There are only two or three characters not in the live episode, and that's because they're not available through illness, personal reasons or maternity leave. Everyone available has a part, although some are much larger than others.

They can just sit them round a table having a bit of a natter.I don't expect any of them will be involved in explosive stunts.
