loved the computer spliced crowd sceans look carefully and you can see the same folk 10+ times, only about 200 crowd extras also liked the "unmistakeable" Ilkey Moor in the back ground to think Emmerdale is 53 miles from Leeds Home Farms Estates must spread far and wide.

Lol I did think they were using clever camera angles to try and make it look busier then it was...

Still as rubbish as it was yesterday. I can't believe they made £250.000! How did they manage that with 100 people there? Must be bloody expensive tickets!!

It was pretty shite but then again what do you expect from Stuart Blackburn...

I've never seen such a computer generated crowd at a festival either!

The scenes of Bob, Dan and Jai attempting to dance were pretty cringeworthy too!

In hindsight it might have been a better idea to just ditch the festival: it didn't really add anything, and actually got in the way of other storylines.

I loved seeing the Proclaimers and I guess for the sake of it being a soap they probably felt the need to play the most famous songs. Thrilled to have been introduced to the Eueka's now as well.

If this was plan B, they've done a not-too-bad job pulling something together on a limited budget at short notice as they were already committed to the storyline.

Although an outdoor festival in mid-October was always going to stretch the viewers' credulity.”

I agree it's really not too bad a job. TBF it was actually mentioned that there are other stages. Alex said to Victoria that he was at the main stage with his mates. So there is some attempt to suggest other stuff is going on

I've actually been enjoying it though I know I'm pretty much on my own with that one

I don't see why everyone has such a problem with the festival. I thought considering the size of the fields at home farm it was quite well done. You were never going to get people pushing others over and squatting beside the beer tent for a jimmy riddle.

The bands weren't all that bad either. Why does the month matter also? So it was AIRED in october? big deal. Dont reading & Leeds festivals happen mid september? - the weather is always AWFUL for that and it still continues....If the weather was a main problem for festivals in the UK then we'd never have any!

I thought Bob. Dan and Rishi dancing and jumpiong around to S4G was quite funny. All in all, considering it was only for a few small scenes in a soap it was quite a well put together festival.

I agree, I think they did a good job considering they didn't expect to have to create a festival of their own from scratch and had expected to film the real MFest.
