I don't watch emmerdale, I find it boring but I was wondering if it was worth watcing up this weeks and nexts weeks episodes due to the anniversary specials. Have this weeks episodes been good? Or should I avoid at all costs?

Well, the particular interest for us ED viewers is obviously who is going to die in the live ep on Wednesday. Apparently this is going to have far-reaching consequences for some time to come.

But if you don't normally watch it and are not familiar with the characters, it will be hard for you to care who dies, if you don't know any of them anyway.

Still, why not give it a try? It gets nearly 6.5 - 7m viewers each day
so maybe you could get into it.

ED is something I dip in and out of, as 7pm is when I bath my toddler and get her to bed, but I'll be telling hubby it's his turn on Weds as I really don't want to miss the live ep and watching it on +1 just won't feel the same!!

I don't watch ED everytime it's on. I did for awhile back, but the whole Jai & Rachel(?) thing just bored me to untimely death, but now I've risen from the ashes. My favorites are definitely Nikhil & Gennie. I quite like the majority of the cast so I will denifitely tune in the whole week. I do wonder who dies though like all of you- it's definitely gonna be interesting!

I think my new favorite word is definitely = definitely

No, it is terrible right now. Shame during it's anniversary but I'd skip it if I didn't already watch it for years.

I don't usually watch it but I know enough about the story lines and characters that i can watch an ep if its on, I will watch it to see what happens and to see who dies, plus I'm curious to see how they cope with the live episode

I am an ED fan and I would say it will be worth tuning in just too see how the live episode goes. I know many people who are on/off fans will tune in to see if they make any mistakes and to find out who dies.
