iPlayer Problem
Hi all,
I tried watching a programme on BBC iPlayer via it's app last night on my PS3 and it really struggled. It buffered every few seconds and froze. Tried to watch it on my laptop and it streamed straight away with no problem. Any idea why the PS3 struggled? |

Do you know what sort of download speed you're getting, or have you tried a wired connection to test it?
Could just be a poor WiFi signal. |

No problems here, Have heard old reports that iPlayer doesn't like a certain kind of Hard Drive though, something to do with low buffer on the drives, so if you're unlucky to have one of those hard drives, that could explain it.

Samsung Spinpoint drives have a similar feature but it has no adverse effects on the PS3. |
