Well I've just been on the phone using my 3 phone to orange customer services cc, and it didnt drop the call after 44 minutes! ( See, they are all as bad in busy periods)
Also, it came out of my minutes, and not chargable thanks to the 07973 number.
Basically needed a puk code for sons phone after he played with it to much and blocked it.

He says that 3g for Orange is only available on contract and wont be ready for payg for months yet.

So 3 seem to be ahead then.
Praise three!

and a lot of people don't want a contract or can't get a contract so 3 would be a good option for those who want a 3g phone

I've found another positive (i think)

It appears that I can send as many emails as I like without being charged. In fact I havent bothered buying an add on and have zero credit.

But I've managed to send several video files and some picks from my handset via email to my laptop

[quote=nodnol]Again, all good points.

Orange were complete and utter rubbish at first. Now look at them.

and HG3 is the same people that started Orange so they sold Orange and made lots off money. then they wait and start a new networkfrom the money made they do the same with three and three got the licence well lower the all the main networks. now that good bussiness

Just rang three to say my phone wasnt sending texts and spoke to a very helpful woman who added 50 voice minutes and £24 to my balance - I'm still unsure why she did this, but glad she did it anyway!

Another reason to praise three.....

Oops almost forgot...and an add video add on....whatever that does

Wicked....but no 3g at home. Shall have to drive 4 miles to get service and download some stuff.

Or I could just watch MTV

Anyone in scotland know if I'll get three service near ben nevis / fort william ?

Edit: actually i checked and it says voice only
Damn a video call would have been awesome

I know! I was shocked

Not sure what happened, but everytime I thanked her she kept giving me extra. She actually gave me a £15 top up + 2 x £10 add everything + £10 add video.....apparently the video add on works for videos up to the value of £2

She sounded pretty smart too

£45
I reckon you work there! No just kidding.
I'm still trying to work out what constitutes a mini movie?
It's the ones that came bundled with the 616 I bought at xmas.
It had 50 mins, 20 video mins, and 20 mini movies whatever they are?
