I love the singers voice

How long does it take to defrost a steak, any ideas? I don't want to give myself salmonella, the folks are on holiday and last time I cooked a steak it was rotten!

There is the warm water method But only if the steak is sealed in plastic. Put in a dish of hand warm water, not hot, and keep changing water [as it will chill down from the steak] every 15 mins or so and it will defrost in about an hour. Otherwise about 3-4 hours on a plate in a not too warm room.

ANOTHER all time classic!!

I think I'll stick with the original method, I'll f**k it up if I try!

I'm having a feast, fat Jack is back for one night only, I've had a bag of doritos, 3 bottles of shloer, a full back of mini chocolate fingers and I'm now onto a Ben & Jerry's phish food! Loving life
