Excellent work, snowbes, well done!

Day out with my Dad and Melony today - much fun, much pizza, not too much rain.

Hope everyone else is dry, warm and healthy...

You can say that again snOwy.

I've been up since 5. Got to the airport with not much time to spare, got a (Polish ) plumber to fix a tap, bought a documents shredder, saw Robocop, had some pierogi, bought custard creams from M&S which I never bother with back at home, and I'm now having a beer and wondering if I really can get by on two hours of sleep a night, on average.

Busy, innit..

Sounds it...
(((((batty))))))
Custard creams rock. None for me tonight, though, as today's menu included a chocolate krispie nest and a cheese scone as well as the pizza!

Insomnia - check
Too much chocolate - check
Not enough caffeine - check

..... yup, already been one of those weeks

Am about to treat myself to lunch with a former work colleague, then off to get the youngest... the fun never stops when you're grumpy

So my youngest is the proud owner of two dwarf hamsters - because of course she really didn't have enough going on to stress us out already

This morning has mostly been spent cleaning up sis-in-law's old hamster cages and equipment to house the second hamster which - as confidently predicted by her mother but totally ignored - my daughter has now found does not wish to share living quarters with hamster number one.

That reminds me. I need to have a spin on my wheel.

An ex tenant arrived here last night unannounced and I said 'What the f*ck are you doing here?'. Apparently he wants a niece of him to move in.

This time I'm not sure if you're serious...!

Took Melony to see The Lego Movie today - brilliant! Borrow a small person and go. Or just go anyway. Clever, funny, exciting, sweet.

Sad - I could lend you a cat for a day. That'd sort your hamster problem...

Hope it went as well as these things can go, snowbes.

Well that's all really.

Spoiler

16 megapixels, the little bugger is. 27-405 mm zoom lens. More modes than there are moons of Jupiter.

I'm still not going to post a piccy of myself, you lucky lucky people. I wouldn't want to crack any screens.

=

Oh. I was refused entry to the local casino, as I was deemed drunk at the time. Who knew. Anyway, as the bouncer man handled me roughly when kicking me out, I've filed a complaint against them and 'they' have been looking at the CCTV footage of the incident. I'll keep phoning them up and try and make them waste as much time as possible sorting out this problem. Then, I'll threaten to sue them.

Well, last night was interesting! I had a massive argument with a neighbour in the middle of the night. His barking dog was driving me bonkers and keeping me awake, and not for the first time.

I quickly discovered that my Polish sweary words are firmly rooted in the vocabulary of an only slightly naughty seven-year-old, but I enjoyed giving them a run out and he eventually apologised. A small victory, cos I'm bloody knackered!
