Well, last night was interesting! I had a massive argument with a neighbour in the middle of the night. His barking dog was driving me bonkers and keeping me awake, and not for the first time.

I quickly discovered that my Polish sweary words are firmly rooted in the vocabulary of an only slightly naughty seven-year-old, but I enjoyed giving them a run out and he eventually apologised. A small victory, cos I'm bloody knackered!
Zrobił wy mówicie jemu *f*ck* od?

That should hopefully translate to 'Did you tell him to f*ck off?', in case any offence is caused.

Noooo, it doesn't translate to that. Polish is very tricky!

my Polish sweary words
*** knee trembler moment ***

I once took two Polish chums, a couple, to Palace. She was shouting her head off next to me in Polish, I must say it sounded awesome.

We've got a bag of Cadbury mis-shapes, with some sickly orange centre ones, of which some have no centre and are 100% yummy chocolate. We've just been weighing them to see if we can find the 100% ones.

Epic fail but science was the winner today.

I was joking KJ but I am sure if you asked Bats would accompany you to the football so long as you brought her a PG and Green's and maybe teach you a few wise polish words.

Thanks laura.

As I've filed a complaint with the police, I've been asked to provide a statement down at the local police station next Tuesday.

I've been out three night now in a row.

One day I'll sober up. It's all been a bit of a blur.

Greetings, all!

Way to go, batty! I'm sure having a good swear has relieved some of your feelings generally, despite the lack of sleep...

At Melon Towers last night we were just congratulating ourselves on getting to bed early when Melony threw up all over her bed... *sigh*
Duvet off, pillow off, sheets off, soft toys all checked, child in bath, clean bedding on, child back in bed, extra soothing story read, sick-bowl procured from hall cupboard, Mum on floor beside bed till child back to sleep... I got into bed at 3am. Not sure if Mr M went to bed at all; he said he was awake and was going to do some work on his CV. Pillock.

Anyway, the good news is she hasn't repeated the effort so hopefully just a one-off thing.

Poor Little Melon. But it does sound like she got everything she needed to out of her system.

Slow day here, and deliberately so. I got back to having plenty to do but I'm going to have a proper-ish weekend first, so everything non-essential is getting ignored until Monday.

The ginger one contacted me today regarding a post I made about another message board. So, I read her the riot act and now she is telling me I'm a little boring boy. I'm quivering in my little space booties because of this. I mean it was she that contacted me via PM initially. I didn't ask her to message me and if you are going to dish out the shit, expect to get it back.

Morning. Grumpy central here at the moment. I've a tickly cough, the car is with the mechanic and I just know it's second mortgage type of a problem, and some people I asked for an urgent response about a month ago and reminded a couple of times since still haven't come back to me with an answer.

But Batman is taking me out to lunch and the sun is shining so the day might improve yet.
