Hello backatcha!

Back end of the week is always crackers at Melon Towers - youth club on Thursday, gymnastics on Friday and housework at the weekend. Bah!

Anyway; pretty good progress in that the man is finally coming to mend the boiler tomorrow afternoon and we can have our central heating back. Woop woop!

In other news - took Melony ( who is fine, thanks Laura) to spend some of her birthday money and she bought a Furby - it's well cute! And I managed to get myself voted as the candidate to walk over to Lush while Mr M oversaw proceedings at Toys R Us, so a couple of extra- yummy bath bombs found their way into the bag.

Hugs all round.

Morning!

I have a week of battles ahead, so same old same old...

I might go shopping too, though, for cheering up purposes.

Poor batty!
Retail therapy deffo recommended!

EtM - to be a GOW you don't have to be grumpy all the time. In fact, you don't have to be all that so old - and not all of us are even women!!!

To be GOW is to have a certain view of the universe - it's a state of mind, not a physical description!

I'm in bed and wishing someone would bring me breakfast . Scrambled eggs, toast and a huge cup of lemon tea. But I'm home alone. Sigh.

I'm also home alone and missing an event I'd hoped to attend to promote my business. Very fed up. Am about to get myself breakfast - my appetite's coming back, at least. Mmmmm.....scrambled eggs sounds like a plan

You're not the first to fall into that trap!

Scrambled eggs... yum!
That might have to be my breakfast in the morning...

Depends on what we're humping.

Evening all. Can't believe it's already March, the evenings are already getting lighter and we've had no proper winter to speak of.

I should probably be touching wood now, right?

It definitely isn't. Neither was hump day, it means the hump in the middle of the week and it being downhill to the weekend.

Yup. All downhill from here. I'm feeling quite tiggerish for someone who was a bedridden mess two days ago. And the best bit is that although I missed a meeting on Monday, I got some work out of it. I should fail to turn up more often

A big no to snow in March from me. I love the stuff but not past Christmas. Lose interest after that.

Spring is definitely springing here. Lovely blossoms and stupidly high temperatures forecast for the weekend. Yay.
