I've never sung when drunk.

Best sung on the Underground after an away victory. Victoria is considered to be in South London for the purposes of this song.

Well, it would have to be, as the vast majority of the tube has been built north of the river, due to construction restraints at the time.

Whatever the problem with broadband seems to have sorted itself out.

And it's a bit early for drunk women to be singing, but there are some in the street right now.

I've never sung when drunk. Anybody here like to fess up.
I own up to be a singing drunk but I also sing when sober. "Knowing Me, Knowing You" by Abba on the karaoke was one of my greatest song crimes whilst drunk with my 1st husband and one of my brothers while away on holiday. We were getting requests to do it again the next night as it had caused so much hilarity - by the time we went home we had built up quite a following

Since I don't drink anymore - apart from that drunken bum night a few weeks ago - my drunken singing has stopped but sober I sing or hum anywhere that a song pops into my head.

Just had a good read of that article, made me quite homesick Wonder what they'll do to Fiveways junction - I had an accident slapbang (literally BANG!) in the middle of that junction in 1990 ish! Horrible junction but not that bad if only people didn't block it and only crossed into junctions when they were sure they could clear it. Such is life though! I quite liked the trams - I only ever went on them to play though just for a change from bus/train/car!

I've spent today blasting the bathroom with the steam cleaner and making Christmas cards with Melony. Very satisfying!

I don't drink, but I sing a lot!

Last time I went out I subjected a bar full of people to Rose Garden sung loudly and badly on karaoke

I'm also a fantastic dancer after a few

Helped out at church, did a huge backlog of washing-up (recycling), cleaned the debris out of both cars, hoovered down the stairs and did the hall and sitting-room, and went over the kitchen floor with big wipes and a Swiffer. Domestic goddessery is mine - and my back is really sore!
Just goes to show that housework is over-rated.
Nothing to do with me feeling my age...

M was awake koffing well into last night so is knackered, but seems not so bad today, apart from having eyes like this -----> O_o

I have an essay due in on Tuesday so you can guarantee I'll be cleaning my kitchen floor tomorrow instead of getting on with it

If my kitchen floor is sparkling it can mean only one thing - the VAT Return is due.

Evening grumpies. I'm also knackered.com and trying to remember what a proper day off feels like.

An "interesting" drive into work this morning; four miles of sheet ice!

School bus driver refused to drive into the village - I think he was worried he'd slide and crash into a car. He stopped outside and walked down to get them all.

When I got to work two of our school buses had crashed in the bus bay... double

Doesn't surprise me at all. It's all online now so you can't even do the lost in the post excuse!

handy - eek. It was similar here first thing. The car wasn't convinced going anywhere was a good idea.

But I'm back, and in one piece. Tres knackered still - no sleep last night - so I've made an executive decision to slowly go through paperwork and various other rubbish. Sat on my bum. With a cuppa.

Teenage girls are the wisest on Earth, I am a senile waste of space with hidebound attitudes. My guilt is such that paying for stuff like electricity is my deserved punishment. That is all.

^^^ proper bloke grump

I used that excuse once. Do you get an automatic late filing penalty/fine if you submit after the deadline, like you do for normal tax returns?
