Hi guys. I'm still around, just.

Biggest problem at the moment is debt, but I've been doing a fair few painting jobs around the house. I've still got one room to finish redecorating.

I swapped a tablet for some training weights, dumbbells, lifting bar + weights, so hopefully I'll be getting a bit fitter muscle wise.

Sounds very good - nothing beats getting a bit fitter.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well LL.

Me, I'm back home for a couple of days, which is great. But it's pissing down, which is crap. And we're supposed to be going out - well, we are going out! - and because I'm so all over the place what I wanted to wear is many miles away, so I need to go shopping. And I hate Saturday shopping.

Grumpy.

I've a temperamental boiler that needs some TLC too, just no time to do anything about it at the moment. But it's definitely getting chillier...

I haven't got the central heating on yet regularly. However, I did the pre-autumn/winter test and I had to give the circulation pump a thump or two to get it going. It's the scale (in hard water areas) you see. In other words, if you leave the pump unused for a while, the mechanism can stick.

I've never been a great fan of press ups, so hopefully this will be the solution.

Went night fishing.

We didn't catch anything.

I did however drop a head torch into the river by accident, which could not be retrieved easily. It landed light side up, floated, and lit the trees above like a lantern. Think of trees lit by a search beam. It looked very pretty actually. Unfortunately my camera isn't up to the job of taking good pictures or movies in such darkness, otherwise I might have done an upload to show what I mean.

Considering I bought the head torch from the pound shop, we were amazed it was still working after 20 minutes floating in the water.
