I got banned one New Years eve for being rude to some one called wee mucker.
Got banned a few times on the threads about Madeleine McCann
I got banned on that thread, too. Maybe more than once. One time I got banned for using the word cr*ap which I still don't understand. Is it a curse word in the UK? Sister Mary Dominic taught my fourth grade class how to say it instead of invoking JC's name or saying shit which is apparently allowed here.

Looks as though you're a naughty girl too me@, though I'm guessing Sister Mary Dominic was just an innocent. I've never been banned (yet), but there was a time when posts mysteriously disappeared.

It was a mixed bag of viewing Laura. It was a few episodes of Orange Is the New Black, the rest of season 2 of Vikings and documentaries on Bob Marley, Auschwitz and Nina Simone. You can see I was all over the place that day.

Sr. Mary Dominic (RIP) was quite violent for an innocent person. She liked beating up the "dumbelinos" and I was lucky enough to not be one of them. I saw quite a bit of blood in the classroom that year but she was quite mild compared to some other "holy sisters".

Oooer! I've gone off Mary Dominic - I wonder if she went to Hell - perhaps it's full of nuns.

Season 3 is out already. It was shown on one of the Sky channels (History I think) a few months ago but I missed it. I downloaded it yesterday since it's only available on Amazon Prime for pay at the moment.

I have Amazon Prime US version. You have to pay for the season 3 Vikings episodes although the first 2 seasons are free. Maybe the UK version (which I assume you have) is offering season 3 for free. I use the word "netflix" as a generic word for all my streaming apps. I have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon, all US versions (actually Hulu is only for the US) which have all loaded on my Amazon Fire Stick. I also put BBC i Player and Sky Go on it. Even though I have Sky satellite the Fire Stick should be handy for viewing when I travel.

I absolutely love having lots of stuff to watch when I'm travelling. Would be lost with it now. The only negative is that I read less on planes, but then I'm usually too knackered to read anything worth reading anyway.

For this trip I've got Sex and the City 2, which is turning out to be phenomenally crap (<--- ) and something called Hostages, which is turning out to be interesting, but I'm only on the first episode so far, so I might revise that opinion. We did Orange in one weekend.

Anyway, big yawn and stretch, and I'd best get a move on.

Last minute catching up snOwy. Not everything got done but close enough.

But I'm 'here' now and it's INCREDIBLY hot and apparently today is the hottest day on record. I'm obsessed with the weather.

Is "here" Poland or the UK? It's hard to keep up with you so I can imagine what's it like for you. Stay cool and calm.xx

Yes, Warsaw. And yes I'll try! I'm here with my boys so it's a continuation of the break I had with Sad. Only the temperatures have jumped up again and we're all a bit zonked. But we're hoping to grab some bikes and explore this massive woodland on the edge of the city http://www.lonelyplanet.com/poland/w...-national-park

I'm hoping it'll be like the Amsterdamse Bos. We used to live, well, almost in it, and loved it.

Sad, I'm introducing them to the apple beer and Batman says thanks for the coffee.

Afternoon Grumpies.

I had an unfortunate encounter with my dressmaking dummy last night and she knocked me to the ground and I barely missed the glass door wardrobe but hit my head on something. I think I was knocked out for a bit but I came to quickly and was sitting on the floor getting ready to get up when Mr. Home found me. He didn't hear my stumbling and crashing since he was in the kitchen washing dishes. He helped me up and we assessed the damage to my body. I've got a scraped elbow and bruises on my arm and thigh. My head feels fine and I don't even feel where it is I hit it. I'm a bit sore all over but that might be from the massive gardening session I had in the afternoon. This falling down bit is happening more and more these days. I think what's left of my right knee is about to cease working all together. ETA: No drink or drugs were on-board before my fall.

There's been some ructions with the HD neighbour this morning. He locked himself out and rang the neighbours bell downstairs. A few minutes later I heard the neighbour cursing him out very loudly for a few minutes. But he eventually opened the door for him to get out the back. He stumbled through his over 2 meter high overgrowth and his pants fell down. He was walking up and down the street with them on inside out and opened yesterday and had a good old ranting and raving session with himself while I was working in the garden. Just another Sunday morning around this place.

With all the above said I wish I was in the Bos today and BG I hope you enjoy your park adventure over "there".

I'm off to try to reposition a sunburst hanging I crocheted to put on the tree. It's a bit wonky so the neighbours next door are going to help me fix it. It adds some colour to a very shady part of the garden and hopefully some cheer in the bare, cold, deary winter. Planning ahead.....
