I have had two days like that and feeling reallygrumpy bloated and horrible...........Tomorrow is another day and I am going to wake up full of energy and beans and blitz the whole house . There I said it!!

Fingers crossed for snowy boy and that is a pain about the car. Hope it is easily fixed.

Had a very light smattering of snow and still in shock that the whole country is covered except for us .It's just not normal

Night grumpiesx
How's it going?

I'm being slightly more productive today, but not much. I think it's the weather. I need sunshine to jump out of bed and hit the ground running.

snowy - big Glad you're okay.

And yes, hopefully Sad managed to stay on the road. I'll send some more vibes, just in case, though.

Hi

I stayed on the road this time in fact driving yesterday was a walk in the park compared to conditions on the local roads today freezing fog added to the mix really not helpful at all.

So having got safely home I'm about to make comfort food and snuggle up for the night... although I might walk the dog, it was magical out there yesterday evening

Hope all grumpers are safe and sound (no pun intended re headphones ) and that Ghostie boy gets the job

Yep me too. Daughter has a sad light which I have used while she has been pregnant and if it is all in the mind I don't care as it works for me. Lovely waking up gradually to sun light birds chirping I see group on have an offer onone which I am tempted to get but seems just too good a baragin which means it probably isn't!

I didn't blitz the house but went baby shopping instead

Hope all is well in grumpy land...........bit of snow here but fine for driving so ok with me

Hi snOwy!

I do sometimes fancy one of those lights twingle, but I suspect my current lardy arse sitting around syndrome is more to do with a mountain of dull jobs on my to do list than anything else actually. If I got a sun lamp thingy I'd probably just sit in front of it all day. Anything but crack on with work.

Been using my SAD lamp every day for a fortnight now and can vouch for it having already made some difference Still have a lardy arse mind

Evening lovely grumpers. CBB finishes this coming Friday and I for one will not miss it when it does - it's been the most frustrating series to watch, and the revelations that Rylan has been 'allowed out' for rehearsals really put the icing on the cake. The whole point of it has been lost and now it's purely an exercise in audience manipulation and money making. Such a shame.

I know what you mean Sad - if I could just concentrate on work I'd be laughing. It's all the other stuff that's the problem.

My To Do list never seems to shrink!

Ain't that the story of life, though?

Between work, housework and Life there's hardly any time for cake...

Cake

I've been walking everywhere because my drive is on a slope and I stand no hope of getting the car off it... and because my road and the adjoining roads are all like flippin' ice rinks... and because I'm a great big girly wuss and hate driving in ice and snow

On the plus side, I reckon the effort I've put in this week means I deserve wine and my thighs will be amazing with a few more weeks of this

Twingle - second, thirding and fourthing the need for pics

Last house was on a slope so I can empathise ......Was a pain for cutting grass! Now is great all flat and boring

I have put a pic on face book but for those who are not friends I will try and linkhere when uploaded from there.

He's the double of Rose who when little would stare at you as though you are a piece of sh*t so no doubt will have that to look forward

ROFL!

A welcome tickle of the funnybone on a very stresful evening.
Fankoo, bats!

twingle - serious babies are hysterical, I think.
It's when they frown with no eyebrows!

I shall have a wee keek as soon as I have time to persuade my phone it wants to do Facebook!

We're drinking very cold PG and awaiting snow. The plan is to go sledging (much later) on a relatively little slope. Eeeeek.

Fab.

We're back from sledging and it was smashing, and I've bonded with my new sledging hill. We've also bonded with a local pub that stays open quite late. Very late!
