Hello, me old Dutch!
Nice to see you...

Little Melon is having a super-big dose of pre-bedtime naughies tonight - massive crying tantrum happening. No idea why. *sigh*...

TFIF... and I don't even have a job

It's been a very long week but it's also flown past. They're doing that a lot at the moment, weeks.

*Scatters hugs, vibes and general loveliness and closes DS window before she's tempted to post in GD again*

You could so do an even bigger tantrum. I can just see it.

Sad, you do have a job. It's just not a proper job.

Me, I'm just generally knackered and in need of a holiday. But at least I can have a huge PG tonight, because Batman's insisting.

*waves to Dutch*

It did a runner with my one then.

Monday mornings aren't my favourite but with weekends so busy it almost doesn't matter what day it is.

More hugs from me too (((snowy))).

Miserable day here, and I've a mountain of paperwork to get through, although I've loads of other things to tackle as well.

I'm having a very odd day today. If I believed in all that astrology nonsense I'd think there was an eclipse happening, or something

You know the sort of thing - strings of random events that end up being connected???

I'm going to bed. It's safer there - just

sNoWY! Sorry to read that things are rather traumatic on the parental front. It's not easy watching your parents age and/or become less able to deal with life's rigours. I wish I could help, but in the absence of that, I'll be sending positive vibes that a solution is found.

Here we did the eclipse thing this morning. Sort of .... I didn't have the fancypancy glasses, so I got up and saw it get dark and saw it get light. Next time I'll have the glasses ready, apparently it will be a couple of hundred years before the next full eclipse up in the Far North so I might be knocking on a bit

Work is still being a pain with the hours, it's so frustrating we're just one shift short of having enough to cope, not get anywhere but at least not fall into debt, I'm so tired of worrying about money but my luck will change! I wonder if it's lucky to be attacked by a bird? I was assaulted by one this morning, it clawed my head, the little git, and being in close proximity to a catholic primary school, I thought it inappropriate to swear ... I thought some pretty bad things though!

I don't think I have anything else to report, so, That's all folks!

Except that big bags of galaxy minstrels were on a clearance sale at the supermarket so I'm pigging out - say YES to Lard!! We don't normally see minstrels here, other than of the busking variety

Hi, chaps!

Sorry for the absentia - insane weekend finishing off some of the decorating and getting resdy to go back to work, and Melony's been a poorly girl. All better now, though.

(((((((((((((snowy))))))))))))) - it's awful to be so far away and not be able to do much. And Aged P's are a worry. Tons of vibes to you.

I found out Important Cake Facts. See pms for details!

Good to hear that snOwy.

Plum, I think we'll say Yes to Lard, but only until January. After that it's back to No.

On that note, thanks for the Cake Facts handy.

I don't get cake facts. As I have no facts in support of cakes, I'm now not going to believe in them anymore.

Great to hear you've got some good results from over the water, sNowY! It's always doubly good when you feel you have done something and achieved something and not just moped about the situation. Goodonya!

Here nothing is happening, I'm in a void of nothingness.... but what would you expect from a cakeless society!
