I don't get cake facts. As I have no facts in support of cakes, I'm now not going to believe in them anymore.
![]() Great to hear you've got some good results from over the water, sNowY! It's always doubly good when you feel you have done something and achieved something and not just moped about the situation. Goodonya! Here nothing is happening, I'm in a void of nothingness.... but what would you expect from a cakeless society! ![]()

PM me your current address and you won't be cakeless for much longer.
![]() Won't it go mouldy though... or customs might have to take a slice to check it isn't full of contraband.

Can you have a cake tart?
Are they not two different bits of patisserie-related goodness? Fruit cake travels well - do you like fruit cake? Wouldn't worry about the contraband angle - it might be full of PG, but nothing any worse! ![]() The Cake Fact was just that you can book afternoon tea at Betty's, the GOW hangout of choice. As you don't have Betty's in Oz I thought it might just frustrate you... ![]() snowy, glad you feel better for taking action! ![]() I voted too

![]() Plum - you've got me thinking now about all kinds of things I could hide in a cake.

Hide me!! I've always fancied a trip to Oz and being surrounded by cake has to be comfier than an economy seat
![]() TFIF - I've had one of those weeks, and frankly I don't want another one for at least two days

Grrrrrrrr!!! It's Friday night, but do I just put a large PG in my hand and down it? No.
I instead try to balance some accounts that need to go off on Monday and I'm sodding 37p out, and I can't see where or how. I've checked. I'd probably be let off but I don't want to be. I want perfect balance and I'm going to find that bloody 37p even if I have to sit here all night (I'm just making noise - Batman won't let me do that ).Grrrrrrr!!!! |

However, Dr KJ sez: let go. Srsly. It's like programming when you're p*ssed, don't go there. Have a long lie-in on Sunday, if it still nags you, you'll find the bug in no time. |

Noooo, I'm obsessed now, and I have a big, naff calculator out (just in case Exel's the baddie) and that slippery little sucker will get found.
I know you're right KJ, but I'll be wide awake at 3am if I don't nail it now. Batman's saying he'll have a look in a minute, so that's a great back up plan right there. And then we'll have that PG, and lots of it. |

*posts 37p to BG*
Sorted ![]() It would wind me up too and no need to apologise KJ - we josh about this stuff all the time in this house and laugh at ourselves a lot. Got a daughter who cannot walk past an 'open' socket without switching it off, a husband who lines everything up, a son who takes over an hour to shave... if I didn't have a sense of humour I'd be stuffed ![]() I'm tireder than a tired thing that's very tired indeed... been up since 6.30am and rather hoping for some sleep tonight ... been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng day ... night lovely Grumpers

Yup, he's worth hanging onto.
Another weekend has galloped by, and my To Do list for the coming week looks no less scary than the one for last week did (in fact, it's a continuation of the last one), and I could now do with being in about 4 places at once. And my car needs an MOT. And because I've lost the knack, I'm going to pay a bloke stupid money to do some plastering for me. And it really is stupid money. Gawd, I sound properly grumpy.

Just starting the day. Grumpy and knackered now
![]() Well, maybe not grumpy but certainly knackered and it's only Tuesday. You'll be spared a long and rambly post because my brain, such as it is, is not functioning properly yet. Getting an idea to formulate is a bit like wading upstream through thigh deep almost cold porridge. I would imagine anyway - oooh looky, I did some imagining, maybe things are on the up! Nothing happening here, I'm back in my vacuum of nothingness. I'm reading CJ Sansom's Heartstone though so that is keeping me happy Considering I don't go anywhere or do anything, I have strangely little time to read these days - not sure how that works, I think someone may be stealing time.

I like CJ Sansom, too, Plum. I've read Dissolution and whatever its sequel is called (title escapes me atm) and really enjoyed them both:

Here is a bit of a laugh.
Being inquisitive I thought I'd sign up on some random (sex) dating site. No money paid, as I don't intend to pursue the matter further.
[Good day! My name is Mistress Katrina and I am looking for anyone (men, women, couples, groups...) to use my slave. It is agreed with my slave that I will be looking and choosing sex partners for him. My slave is transsexual (female to male), that means he has still a p***** to use but no boobs anymore. He will serve you in any way agreed with me. It will (of course) be free of charge for you. I only expect you to take pictures and/or videos to capture the abuse of my slave. I am awaiting your responses. Please make an effort to describe what you want to do with my slave. Also include what you like and what you don't like. P.S.: I will no be attending the sessions between you and my slave as I do not live locally.] Sorry, I just couldn't stop laughing. Apparently, they live 1 mile away from me. ![]() I'm scared of doing a Windows 8 upgrade, let alone venturing into anything like that. |

Good Lord! There are some strange people
![]() The internet is a wonderful thing, but sometimes it takes you to strange places and people. I ended up on the wrong side of the world courtesy of the internet but not to do weird things with a transgender slave Word on the street is that it can even lead to gatherings of grumps with tea and cake .... but that's only rumour, so don't tell anyone ![]() Hurt myself at work today, so now I'm tired and sore but still not grumpy Ask me again in a couple of hours or so and I might add grumpy to the list as I hear the sounds of teenage boys bickering and squawking. Did I tell you that 2 of my friend's boys have moved back in again for the time being? Teenage boys are .... *sighs* a challenge at times! To be fair they are both decent lads, just *sighs* teenage boys being teenage boys. Oh dear. I'm told that teenage girls are worse, so I have that to look forward to. Oh dear.
