I saw the dance, but the flaming phone rang downstairs. Can anyone give a quick recap please?

Lots of praise for 'getting through it'. Some criticism of her turns. They were obviously trying to build her confidence so she got the fragile Princess treatment.

Did you see the marks?

I think a 5, two 6's and one seven. But don't quote me on that. She looked beautiful but she's wooden as hell but is being forgiven.

I think Victoria got 26 this week - 6, 6, 7, 7

I agree, but a lot of it might be nerves. I did hear the start of the comments but missed the marks. I think they are hoping that if they bolster her up a bit she might come out a bit better. They know she's a draw on the show and they won't want to lose her yet.

Ridiculously overmarked. Darcy & Bruno rated her on a par with Kimberley, & Len marked her 1 point higher than Kimberley. Outrageous marking.

I haven't watched it yet but was just thinking that from the bits I saw???

Len clearly only marking Kimberly on expectation then??

I don't think it was, Kimberley made a lot of mistakes in her footwork, her posture wasn't great and it seemed a bit skippy, perfectly fair marking imo (although the actual routine had so much potential I'd love to see it again towards the end-Could be stunning!)

It really is a nonsense that she was scored so high. And yes, I do get the sneaky feeling that they've been told to lay off her as she is so emotionally 'fragile' - but apparently it's okay to lay in to Kimberley Walsh for being a bit off this week.

I thought Kimberley was rubbish tonight. She lost her way and was terribly limp - reminded me of the Laila (?) rag-doll dance. I couldn't believe the lack of criticism she received until it was Len's turn, not that I like his Mr Angry side mind.

Kimberley messed up quite a bit it was only covered up better as she was in hold. Nothing to do with laying into anyone, it's just the way it was. Think both have potential to be honest, but both have shown bambi on ice qualities.

Kimberley sounds very throaty. Has she got a cold, or is she a smoker ? Or is she a smoker who's got a cold ?

I didn't have a problem with Kimberley's marking, but Victoria's. No way was she better than Kimberley (or, as it turns out, Lisa, or Fearne, etc).

Victoria (and I am a fan) was overmarked, about 1 point by each judge. But even her 16 last week was generous. The judges and the producers want her to stay in and get better.

I just wish she'd cheer up! She's so miserable! She looks fantastic and yes we know you aren't a dancer but really she has got all the right attributes to do well and great partner - but I don't like watching her because she doesn't appear to be enjoying it at all. You can forgive a few duff moves if they get out there and enjoy it.

I love watching Colin, Lisa Riley is fantastic because she smiles, Denice puts on her show face and goes for it.

If they smile and enjoy it no matter what - then we enjoy it!
