Okay, so the boybands..
Am I the only one who struggles to tell them apart?
![]() I still don't see why there needed to be 2 out of 3 group places filled by nearly identical boybands. They really need to do something to make themselves different from each other, because at the moment they're just predictable. Watching them makes me want Times Red in the competition! |

There will only be one standing, it's deliberate.
Union J had the heavy branding treatment from the very first live show, the battle of the boyblands won't go on much longer. |

The groups category always seemed to be stuffed with generic boybands and girlbands every year- especially when Louis has them.

instead of GMTV3Louis should have put Times Red through, then formed a 7 piece boyband for the others if he had to, they're basically the same thing anyway

I think Union J will be the last group standing.....I don't think they'll make the final though. |

I was pretty shocked he put both through to start with, I don't think that does either of them any favours. D3 will probably come out worse, because they don't quite have the same look going for them that could make UJ very marketable - I think it's a shame because D3 have a much better depth of sound and harmonies, but as soon as UJ were brought back from losing the sing off with them I knew they'd be in trouble.
Singing I swear was a good old kick in the balls to them though. If it wasn't Louis, I'd think they were trying to get em axed. |

Its a shame that rough copy left... I was really disappointed when they dropped out and union jackass came through instead... urgh!! Rough copy had great energy, great voices and were not of the typical one direction mold...
I thought district 3 were bad tonight, but I am backing them over union j... they seem like really nice lads and all 3 of them can and do sing... as opposed to only 2 out of the 4 of union j actually taking solo's... and as for union j last week... they were awful! The other members that tried to sing only proved that they cannot... but I guess in these modern days that is not what counts... union j are more appealing to young girls, they are "cuter" then district 3 so they will get more air time and more then likely go so much more further... |

Funny this is the first year without a girlband...but I get your point.

Still gutted Louis didn't put Times Red in instead of GMTV3. The two boybands are aimed at teenage girls, Times Red are a more mature, something different band.
