Why Rylan of all people. Love the guy. Yes, the singing is not as good as others, but it was the best entertainment of the evening. And he is a lovely guy by all accounts.

YG Entertainment (PSY's Korean label) probably threatened a lawsuit after he destroyed "Gangnam Style"

there are thousands of renamed gangnam style vids on youtube

cant be that

obama style , romney style , busan , london etc etc etc

youtube (aka google) would be in court a lot if this was a major issue.

Entertainment? Murdering songs and bad dancing?

I'll just head into the village on karaoke night if I want to see that.

US law protects parodies, and it's a US based company.

This is about rights to a song which they obviously broke, intentionally or unintentionally. Either way being banned is for the benefit of mankind.

The parodies are posted on an American based site though. Rylan sang a song by a Korean artist, and I hear their copyright law is much stricter.

Could be an improvement, I wish someone would sue Christopher rather than us having to rely on divine intervention.

I fully support our South Korean allies in the fight against terror.

Korean laws are different. I remember some singer in Indonesia getting sued because she covered a Korean song (In Korea it's called "plagiarism" if you don't get permission from the original artist or the company)
