i saw a tweet that EE were filming in a court with phil, sharon and lola. would this be for a trial on who will get custody of lexi or would it be ben's trial ? (or could be phils if he gets caught)

Whichever of those two stories it is it will be a very big story indeed and I dont mind which one it is.

Hasn't Ben pleaded guilty'? If so there wont be a trial.

I guess its to do with the custody of Lexi, if Ben has pleaded guilty then I guess there wont be a trial and i havent heard anything about Joshua Pascoe returning, tho I would like a guest appearence in prison when he finds out he has a daughter, would be great viewing.

Couldnt we have ben finding out that phil wants custody of his daughter,arrange to speak to the social worker to fill her in on what a vile little man phil is? ben hates his dad wnd wouldnt be to happy about him bringing up his daughter

Good idea.

It'll probably be forgotten about in time. The longer they leave it the more they'll hope that the viewers forget. Jay only last week said to Max that he's on bail so didn't want to get involved in any dodgy car business because he could get sent down. Er, you have just been charged with perverting the course of justice to cover up a murder, in reality he'd definitely be getting a custodial sentence for that, however the hint was there as to where that storyline is heading.

That is why I really find a lot of stories at the moment are just so poorly written and researched.

I think they will be filming the trail of Heather's Murder. Can't Wait.

Ben also has previous for setting his Dad up on false charges. So just how much credence the Social would give what he has to say is questionable.
