It peaked at 10.2m including +1, so it did make 10m in "some way".

It's has definitely peaked, but Saturday in the Autumn is a massive night for ITV they will need a replacement that will deliver the numbers before the risk putting X-Factor out to pasture. So it may be a slow decline

What I'm saying is we don't need multiple threads discussing the same thing.

As for your "second time you've said this" comment, I really don't have a clue what you're talking about.....

Well I guess the attention seeing drama of Ryan being saved over Carolynne didn't do anything for ratings after all. People are just getting fed up with it all.

The share was up on last week which suggests the late finish may have effected the show; had it been on in an earlier slot (and without a Strictly clash) it would have probably rated higher than last week.

Hmm I wonder what else they will attempt to pull out of the bag. I can sense the desperation. I'm hoping for nude performances or claims of the studio being haunted or something.

And many have finally seen sense and switched off completely. They just don't want to be party to this cynical excuse for a show anymore.

Do the ratings take into account the Sunday repeats on ITV1 & ITV2? Plus the viewers who record "X Factor" whilst watching "Strictly" and perhaps "Merlin" (better to record a commercial station, so you can run through the adverts) - or even just go out on a Saturday night? I really don't know if these alternatives count, so if anyone can shed any light, it would be really helpful!

Wait until the officials to make a true judgement, X Factor always gets a bigger boost than SCD from them
