Robbie Savage's hair wasn't really any better... And it didn't seem to impede him getting fairly far in the competition.

Which is surprising since he doesn't have much character.

Terrible, terrible hair. I couldn't take my eyes off it!

It hypnotized me too.

You expect this kind of childish thread in the X Factor forum but I thought this forum had I slightly more mature status.

Serious childish bullying one one contestant.

Bullying is a rather strong word. Louis coming aht with a cowpat on his head does mean I can't take him as seriously as he takes himself.

I am afraid we are not that mature, & there is huge difference between poking fun & bullying. If I knew Louis personally I would tell him to face that his hair looks ridiculous in the same light hearted fashion we have on this thread.

It is hard to take him seriously when your constantly drawn to looking at what hes balancing on top of his head.

In all honesty Terry I find it very difficult to take seriously an ex politician who flashes her knickers whilst still spouting her bigoted views.

LS seems to go in for statements, like the Pontefract Cake (I do love liquorice but this is too much even for me) and the ITT Rupert trousers. Is it to grab the limelight or a means to deflect attention from something else he wants to conceal? Is he trying not to seem shy by being garish; or maybe it's not 'shy', perhaps it's withdrawn, or misunderstood, or a bit perplexed about things, or I dunno what. He's an odd 'un. He doesn't seem grown up to me. Or he doesn't seem like someone who fully owns a sense of self yet. Perhaps that's what it is???

Widdy's knickers are old hat now -- they were the year before the year that's gone?? Not sure they add anything now. Though I'm glad they were there... My God, I am!!!

I think you are mistaken, Widdie would never knowingly have a hosiery malfunction live on TV.

For goodness sake, he's just a young man who takes an interest in his appearance. He's got the same haircut he's had for a while but it has to be shaved now and then when it gets too long. He had this hairstyle (as did a German gymnast) in the Olympics and I didn't hear anyone complaining then.

Have people on this thread forgotten when they were young and had hairstyles their parents didn't like ?

It can hardly be described as a haircut, my uncle says there is no skill involved in making a bowl cut like this.

It's nothing like a bowl cut, it's described as a variation on a mohawk.

What on earth is a mohawk, my uncle was quite convinced it is a bowl cut, and that there is no skill involved in making it, which seems quite reasonable to me.

Could it be a wilted mohican? Ah, whatever, it's a partial scalping.

Soooo sooo sooo very very very bored of Louis's personal grooming now.

I hearby swear (throws down pledge) never to comment on his do again, no matter what worse things he does to it.

Ditto his distance issues and his beans.

B-o-r-e-d of Louis talk

Your uncle comments on Louis haircut - your cat is scared of Michael - any more words of advice from your family?

It might be all you can look at Terry - please don't assume you can speak for everyone.

Personally I was mesmerised by the elegance, the beautiful lines and complicated choreography he mastered in such a short time.

If a certain poster can continue to extol the virtues of that awful woman after two years - I and others of like mind can and will recall her most embarrassing moments - and the flash of her knickers wasn't the only one.

I have yet to seek advice from my crimper friend about Louis pontefract cake bowl cut, but I should be seeing him later today though.

Does anyone know if they make a wrap round side and back 'piece', as one of those could solve all Louis problems and then we can all concentrate on his dancing without any pontefract distractions.

Whose side will you take if your crimper friend disagrees with your uncle?

Thats actually a very good question, I think I will cross that bridge when I come to it, I'm off to try and catch him in his boudoir now.

Perhaps the cat can help in the same way that Jimmy the Meerkat ... actually, No, the meerkat was completely WRONG! I was so charmed by his little feet and his quivering nose that I've only just realised how rubbish he really is as a psychic punter.
