I moved my Humax so I could decorate and now it only sees 1 cable connection although two are connected!

I powered it off from the switch on the back, removed all connections to move it to temporary location, wired it all back up, powered up and noted no signal on tuner 2. Powered it all off again, swapped sat input 1 & 2 over, powered up, still no signal on tuner 2 so I know LNB is OK.

OK I thought, did a factory reset and install and it only detects 1 cable connected.

Has it bitten the dust or have I missed something?

Hi Graham

Check you connected the cables to the 2 outer sockets with nothing on the centre one. If wrong correct and repeat the factory reset. The centre one is a lnb out terminal for a loop to connect tuner 2 if you only have 1 cable.

Graham your'e a genius, I know thats what I've done
Can I just set it to two cable in the secret menu after I connect it properly or will I need to factory reset/install again?

Best to do a reset as there have been transponder changes that you stb may not have picked up while you have been decorating.
