I just think it all subtly points towards Jimmy being killed off on Wednesday night...

He is a 'much loved' character, fairly popular with Emmerdale viewers and he is loved by his family.

I predict he'll get into a serious fight with Carl, resulting in Carl accidentally killing him. Carl does have form and it'll be reminiscent of Emmerdale past, when Carl was involved with the death of that postman falling off the roof and then also killing his dad.

Jimmy gets caught in the crossfire when Cameron and Carl are fighting, and Carl kills him by accident. Cameron helps Carl cover it up, in exchange that he keeps his affair with Chas quiet and doesn't reveal it to Debbie. And also on condition that he stays away from Chas and tells her it'll always be over between them. Then Cameron will worm his way back into Chas's affections again, knowing Carl will be staying away...

that's how I think it's going to go anyway...

And also Jimmy's death will give the character of Nicola a chance to shine.

Yeah, I'd go along with killing Marlon.

I hope they don't kill Jimmy, especially at the hands of Carl. Wasn't he involved with Matthew's death as well?

He wasn't the direct cause of Matthew's death but their feuding was what lead to it. And of course he pushed his dad through a window.

I think you may be right .I'd hate it if it was Jimmy but it seems plausible.
I did think it could be Debbie ,but who knows ?

Exactly, so it'd waaaay too ridiculous if he was involved in yet another family members death!

It's a good theory though davey_wavey but I still reckon it'll be Carl. I hope it's not Jimmy though, I really like him. Carl is way too full of himself and deserves his comeuppance! Not saying he deserves to die but ffs it's about time he was punished for throwing his Dad through a window to his death!!

I disagree, I think it will be Carl killed off with Cameron killing him and no one finding out. I wouldn't mind if it was Jimmy anyway to be fair, the actor who plays him is a miserable bugger in real life.

It was quoted in the paper that Nick Miles is not happy with having to do a live episode as he cant see why they have to follow EE and Corrie. I wonder if he has left and is not happy about having to come back and do a live episode. Just a thought.

No fraid not. Cant act for toffee. I just wondered when I read it as they keep saying that it is going to be one of the main characters and the village is going to be rocked so that cuts out about 75% of the cast.

Brilliant. This version is probably better than the one they will be serving up on Wednesday!

Considering I've spoken to him on twitter and his bio even says he's miserable and proud then I'm sure he is miserable..

would anyone miss him if he did though?

The Kings were good in the days of Carl killing the post man(forgot his name) and his sexy brother aswell.

Then i think they went down hill with the who killed Tom? storyline (which is when i turned off)

I think the murder will be someone that will be a loss to the show a long runner (Eric or Zack maybe?)

I loved the King family, they're probably my all time favourite soap family, but they're just not the same without Max, Tom and Matthew Having said that, I wouldn't want to see Jimmy or Carl be killed off, far too many of them have died already.

Aww he always comes across as quite pleasant when he has posted on here, apart from one time when he rightfully got arsey about some mean things people said about his appearance. Had a few twitter conversations with him too and he has always been a nice chap.

And it is because of this I forbid JImmy to be killed off.

I am starting to sway towards him or Cameron. Surely as the producer has said that the death would surprise people, Carl is just far too obvious now.

I was thinking Cameron or Chas. I think the lead up to it being Carl is a huge red herring. (I was actually praying it was Cameron tbh lol)

But how has he had it coming then?
