i just had homemade taco fries.

oven chips {finished under the grill for crispiness}

minced lamb fried with onion,salt,mushroooms.

mix 80 percent mayo with 20 percent sweet chilli sauce.

place chips on a plate. top with the mince. poor over the taco sauce. grate cheese over the meal. place back under grill for 15 seconds...and presto your done!!

what did you have??.

Nothing nearly exciting as that.

I had tuna pasta with sweet corn and peas. Microwaved so it was warm. My work lunches are so boring.

Bag of bacon flavour Discos
2 KitKat chunkys
Muller 'Apple Studel' flavoured yoghurt
Half a bag of haribo

Asda do a creamy chipotle chilli sub sauce for £1 which I would highly recommend, it's in the barbeque sauce / relish section.

Chipotle is smoked Jalapeno, for those who don't know.

A toasted mozzarella and tomato baguette with a sprinkling of salad and four large potato wedges.
It was for a quick business lunch at a fancy hotel. There were four of us, each had very similar with a diet coke, and coffee earlier.
The bill for 4 was £69 Glad it was the boss paying on the company credit card. These hotels are a rip off.

Just so I didn't have to throw away a zested orange (and I was making soup anyway), I made carrot and parsnip soup, with orange juice and ginger. Ate it for lunch with one slice of unbuttered wholemeal.

The rest of the juice will be used to make a honey and orange glaze for the sausages I am having for dinner later. Damn, I'm frugal

Not had dinner yet, but brunch was a burrito filled with 2 hash browns, scrambled egg & 2 sliced frankfurters all covered with sriracha and some grated cheese.

On Sunday it was basically a full fry up in a tortilla - I think my old burrito addiction is rearing it's head...
