This could be quite big in the UK and Ireland, I love that she's straying away from her country music niche. She also has a song with Ed Sheeran which could be huge over here.

As a huge Snow Patrol fan can I just say that I think this is an excellent collaboration.

Good to hear Swift singing a proper grown up song, it suits her.....

This does nothing for me at all, just sounds like snow patrol featuring taylor swift as "guest vocals" raher then a taylor song on a taylor album.

Is this a first? I agree with you. This belongs on Snow Patrol's album with the moniker 'featuring Taylor Swift'. from what i've heard so far it seems like Taylor lacks confidence in her own writing as the co-writes tend to sound like songs by the co-writers with very little Swift input. She's clearly massively out of her comfort zone. But i do think she needed to do something like this for her future longevity. I mean, she surely couldn't get away with singing about prom queens and teenage love by the time she reaches 28-30.....could she?

She dont need to do nothing like this at all, it loses her credibility. Its nothing to do with her confidence at all, she is a proven songwriter and one of the best female songwriters on the planet. She has somewhat been forced or persuaded into this to appeal to more chart pop fans.

Its a shocking mistake I just hope she realises it sooner rather then later.

I only listened as I love Snow Patrol, not a bad song but a bit meh for me.Sounds like a first draft of a better song.

If was hoping for something like set the fire to the third bar, which they did with Martha Wainwright. Now that is an epic tune.
