Is Mercedes returning in 2013 and if so what will her storylines be?

I hope that she leaves Bobby with Carl in America after all the damage she's done.

I do hope that she and Mitzeee will have a showdown.

Yeah how are they going to play this storyline out cause surely she'll have more than 12 months in prison for what she did? :/
