Fans should already own the Singles Collection set, so we don't need B-sides just for the sake of it, though something like Memory of You is a must.

It doesn't make sense though. It says "vote for your ten favourite tracks from the list below", but you can only vote for one song every 24 hours, which is only three songs altogether.

I'm sure you're meant to be able to submit your ten favourite tracks every 24 hours, but they've made a mistake somewhere.
