[Game] X Factor Battle Of The Judges - Live Show 6
Good evening everyone and welcome to the sixth instalment of X Factor Battle of The Judges. Tonight we will see the remaining musical judges/guest judges from X Factor UK compete so that they can eventually be crowned the most talented judge.
Last week our mentors and their teams all took the stage by storm and came out fighting with their respective teams. The acts all sang their hearts out for a place in tonight’s show. Kuda unfortunately found himself back in the sing off with his act Paula Abdul, fighting against one of Steve’s acts Mel B. The choice went over to the judges to eliminate an act from the competition. Both Steve and Kuda, stood by their own acts as expected, but the major surprise came when Connor was unable to decide which way to vote and refused to vote, leading us into a deadlocked situation. So I was forced to refer back to the earlier vote from the public, and they decided that Kuda was to lose another of his acts by sending home Paula Abdul. Kuda has now been left with only 1 act to fight with in the competition, but Kuda remember this is about the quality of an act not the quantity of your team. So lets get on with the show tonight and welcome the mentors and their acts: Soppyfan and his team Pixie Lott Katy Perry Mel B Anastacia Connor and his team Leona Lewis Nicole Scherzinger Tulisa Contostavlos Rita Ora Kuda and his team Alexandra Burke So mentors are you here yet? |

First up tonight opening the show is the stunning Tulisa singing Fix A Heart http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGzeeufKoJc |

Kuda's comment
Tulisa
Within about two lines of that, I was already in doubt as to whether that was the right song for you. I think to low notes were good, but I don't think your head voice is as perfect as that.. and I need to hear some Ibiza in you you often boast about |

Tulisa
Tulisa, well done for going on first tonight. When there is less playing, your voice tends to shine more. And right there, I think it was a lovely choice of song for you, although I will agree with Kuda that I hope you get to do some lively upbeat performances soon. But still, I enjoyed it and a great start to the show.

Tulisa Contostavlos
Tulisa, I really enjoyed that performance. The song choice maybe could of been better but you did well with what I gave you and it showed of your voice. Regarding Kuda's comment, I couldn't really give you any Ibiza this week, but If your here next week maybe we will. |

Well done Tulisa, some pretty good comments there for that performance tonight. Lets wait to see if that will translate into votes from the public.
Up next hoping to give a scarily good performance is Mel B singing Nobody's perfect http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDmss9lwKPI |

Mel B
The lyric content suited you.. and that was about it. I don't think you can do all those tricks Jessie was doing.. there was just too much going on that song.. but honestly, good luck with the voting |

Mel, I'm going to be honest. That wasn't a particularly good song choice for you. You have a capable voice but I agree with Kuda that the vocal tricks just didn't work for you I'm afraid. I have a feeling you could be in trouble tonight.

Mel, I was gutted that you were in the bottom two in the last show so when I heard that the theme was acoustics, I was thinking that I had to find a comeback for you and this came along to me. It says that nobody is perfect and it is true for all of us. I hope you get the votes tonight.

A real mixed bag of comments from the judges there for Mel's performance. Lets wait and see what the public think of the performance.
Up next we have the lovely Nicole Sherzinger who tonight is singing Dancing On My Own http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3gsf_Xf9OE |

Nicole
That was a good performance from you. It was good to see your soft side, again due to the lyric content.. I'm going to push you a little this week to rediscover the power and projection in your voice.. I know you've got it, this week, it didn't show.. All in all, you did a good job tonight |

Nicole Sherzinger
Connor, I've gotta hand it to you, that was a fantastic choice of song, really was. Nicole, I've heard many people cover this song and slow it down to a ballad. But yours has just wiped the floor with all the others...it was simply your best performance to date! Amazingly beautiful performance.

Pixie
Your soft rocky tone was missing and you need to work on your breathing as it really came through this Mic this week (if you know what I mean)but I still really enjoyed it. You really came across as an innocent girl that you really are. well done |

Pixie Lott
Pixie, I quite liked that. Not my favourite performance of yours but Ellie has such a distinctive tone of voice that it is hard to do her songs justice but tonight Pixie, you proved you could. I think you could be in the final.

Pixie Lott
Pixie, I wanna say, that was so beautiful, this song was well suited for you because we wanted to take a risk and make your voice exposed and it paid off by a huge margin, as the old saying goes, less is more and you look and sound incredibly divine tonight. Loved it!

Kuda's comment
Rita
I liked that. I think you are one to watch in this competition.. and if anything, your bottom 2 appearance a couple of weeks ago really made you stronger. Only small criticism it that I didn't hear the aggressiveness I liked in r.I.p but still an amazing performance |

Rita Ora
Rita, it's been a very interesting journey for you so far, but yes I will agree with Kuda and say that you are fast becoming the one to watch out for in this competition. That was a good song choice for you and even though, your aggressiveness isn't needed for this song, it was still a good performance, well done tonight.

Rita Ora
Rita, another absolutely stunning performance again. Since joining Team Connor you have become the dark horse of the competition and are building your way up through this. You are a star. |
